Jeffrey C Sandler, Ph.D.

Jeff does research for the New York State Office of Mental Health through the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene. He has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from James Madison University, a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Castleton State College, and a doctorate in Criminal Justice from University at Albany. His primary areas of research have been male sex offender risk assessment, female sex offenders, and the impact of public policies designed to manage sex offenders.
