William (Bill) A. Kelly
Bill Kelly is a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered for 3rd Party Payments. He is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Diplomate in Sex Therapy, along with being a Clinical Member of ATSA.
This social worker spent his early career working in residential treatment for children. He has been a Child Protective Caseworker, a family therapist and has worked in the field of addiction treatment. Bill was the director of a chemical dependency treatment program, a family service agency, and a hospital based inpatient, outpatient, day treatment mental health service.
He received a Bachelor’s Degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Social Work Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Bill took advanced courses from Syracuse University, and completed a LEAH Fellowship from the University of Rochester, School of Medicine in Adolescent Health.
Bill has been Adjunct Facility at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He taught at the University of Buffalo, Nazareth College, and a number of other universities and colleges over his 40 years in the field of social work.
Currently, Bill runs two sexual offender treatment programs for adults. He provides evaluation and treatment services to adolescent and children for are alleged to engage in sexual harm to others. He consults to a number of BOCES and other school districts on this issue. He runs a weekly treatment group for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or severe learning disabilities who have been convicted of a sexually related offense. He is a consultant to a number of agencies that provide services to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Mr. Kelly provides evaluation and treatment services to NYS OMH SIST clients on a weekly basis.
