Joan B. Fahey

Joan B. Fahey serves as a Senior U.S. Probation Officer for the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of New York. She has worked in the probation field for over two decades. Ms. Fahey holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the State University of New York College at Brockport and has master’s degrees in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and in forensic psychology from Sage Graduate School. She currently serves as a national point-of-contact for sex offender matters impacting the federal probation system. Ms. Fahey further served as a member of the Capital Region Coalition for Sex Offender Management.
